13.      UK driving licence

14.      Did you receive any medical treatment in the UK?

15.      History of any visa refusals

16.      Marriage certificate

17.      CAS LETTER

18.       If you are Married/ applying with dependents, please provide their UK contact number, BRP card, Passports,entry visa copy)

19.      If you are applying with child dependent, please provide child birth certicate 

20.    If you received any scholarships for previous couse in uk ,need to provide NOC certificate
