OPTION 1

• Passport with validity of minimum 6 months

• One passport sized-photo with white background (Only valid for one taken within recent 6 months)

• Visa application form

• Covering letter or Visa request letter

• 6 Months bank statement of the applicant with bank seal and sign

• Aadhaar card copy of applicant

• Employment proof of the applicant - if any

• Highest Qualification - Collage name address and phone number

• Health Condition form

• Medical report on TB test (Under 6 years of age are not required)

FROM KOREA

• Invitation letter in Company Letterhead  -Color and clear copy

• Last 6 months bank statement in Korea of the inviter- Color and clear copy

• Copy of first and last page passport (Inviter, Color and clear copy)

• Inviter’s Alien registration card both side copy and Last Korean Visa copy(For Indians/Foreigners, Color and clear copy)

• A certificate of inviter’s employment (Color and clear copy) and a certificate of tax payment(If an inviter is a spouse)

• Salary slip 3 months - Color and clear copy

• Tenancy Agreement with seal - Color and clear copy

• Marriage certificate(Children-->Birth certificate)
