3.       Current passport + Scan copy of all pages of passport in Serial number wise order Pdf copy

4.       Travel history in last 10 years ( Country,Entry date ,Exit date , Purpose)

5.       Tuberculosis test result (Click for more details)

6.       Criminal record certificate  / PCC from passport office(Police Clearance Certificate). If stayed in another country for more than 12 months in the last 10 years require PCC for that country as well. The same is compulsory for healthcare,education and social work sectors, but we suggest you to get one if you belong to other sectors too

7.       Experience & educational qualification proof (Certificates including transcripts)

8.       Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

9.    CBT / PLAB pass proof / GMC Registration proof

10.    Aadhaar card

11.  Parents date of birth and Spouse name date of birth

12. Sufficient fund for maintenance for 1 month( £1270 ), maintained in account for 28 Days - if employer not shown maintenance in COS.( need bank statement with seal and sign ) - Please check COS
