Passport valid for minimum 12-month validity with all previous original passports  

Valid passport First and last page 

Copies of all pages of previous passports 

2 Passport size photographs- 35*45 mm white background, head centered, 80 % face. 

All Educational Certificates from 10th standard with all applicabe years/ semester Mark sheets  & Transcript 

Previous work experience certificates 

Nursing council Registration Certificate (Initial and Renewal and should be valid) 

English Language Certificate IELTS or OET 

CV – detailing all educational and work experience 

Indian Police Clearance Certificate 

 PCC from Abroad (if worked or lived abroad) 

 Birth Certificate 

 6 Months Bank Statement updated with sufficient balance (minimum INR 50,000 ) with bank seal and sign

 Family Details (If Married): marriage certificate and children birth certificate or passport copy 

Visa refusal (if any) Previous visa refusals should be disclosed if any. The refusal letter from the relevant country and explanation should be submitted (Important)
