Check Eligibility: Ensure you meet the following criteria:
Age: Between 18 and 30 years old.
Nationality: Indian citizen.
Qualification: Hold a bachelor's degree or higher (equivalent to UK RQF level 6, 7, or 8).
Savings: Have at least £2,530 in your bank account, maintained for 28 consecutive days within the 31 days before your application.
Dependents: No children under 18 living with you or for whom you're financially responsible.
Enter the Ballot:
The visa operates on a ballot system due to limited availability.
Submit your expression of interest during the ballot period.
If selected, you'll receive an invitation to apply.
Prepare Required Documents:
Valid Passport: With a blank page for the visa.
Proof of Funds: Bank statements showing the required savings.
Educational Qualifications: Degree certificate or official transcripts.
Tuberculosis Test Results: If applicable, based on your residence.
Police Clearance Certificate: To demonstrate a clean criminal record.
Apply Online:
Complete the visa application form online.
Pay the application fee of £259 and the healthcare surcharge of £2,070.
Submit the required documents electronically.
Biometric Information:
Depending on your circumstances, you may need to provide fingerprints and a photograph at a visa application center or use the 'UK Immigration: ID Check' app.
Await Decision:
Processing typically takes up to 3 weeks.
You'll be notified of the outcome via email.
Travel to the UK:
If approved, you must enter the UK within the validity period of the visa vignate.
Upon arrival, you can live and work in the UK for up to 24 months.
