4. Expired passports (to show previous travel history – if applicable)
5. Tuberculosis test result (Click for more details) (You may not need TB test If you are staying in countries other than India or Just returned to India- Please contact us to check If you need it )
6. Criminal record certificate / PCC from passport office(Police Clearance Certificate). If stayed in another country for more than 12 months in the last 10 years require PCC for that country as well. The same is compulsory for healthcare,education and social work sectors, but we suggest you to get one if you belong to other sectors too
7. Experience & educational qualification proof (Certificates including transcripts)
8. Letter from employer stating your visa comes under Health care visa (if applicable)
9. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
10. NMC / GMC decision letter (if applicable)
11. CBT / PLAB pass /GMC Registration proof / screenshot
12. Aadhaar card
13. Government issued id card copies of parents,spouse and kids
14. Sufficient fund for maintenance for 1 month( £1270 ), maintained in account for 1 month - if employer not shown maintenance in COS.( need bank statement with seal and sign ) - Please check COS
