UK PLAB Visa Checklist
Current visa fees is INR 16,700/- per person including Service Charges . All passengers has to personally come to Cochin UK Visa Application center for giving biometric data. Apart from the quoted amount you need to pay around Rs 2850/- per person to the submission centre as the courier and SMS fees +Document Scanning Charges

Accommodation proof / Invitation from friends or relatives (their passport copy, BRP card copy and utility bill copy ) if applicable
Clinical attachment proof if applicable
Documents from persons traveling:
Original passport ( 6 months validity ) Original

Covering letter to the consulates stating purpose duration and
Proposed travel dates in business or personal letter head Original
I.T. returns (SARAL) for last three years 1 A4 Copy each
Updated Bank Statement for last six months Original with bank seal and Sign

IELTS / OET Result copies
Degree certificate and Medical Council registration
