SOUTH KOREA STUDENT VISA CHECKLIST- LONG TERM VISA -STUDENT (MORE THAN 90 DAYS)

Documents from Applicant

1.Original Passport with more than 6 months validity

2.Recently taken 2 photos -Size 35x45mm, white background with dark cloths

3.Duly filled Visa application form by the Applicant

4.Detailed covering letter from the applicant (mention his/her name, passport no, designation,

travel date to and fro, purpose of visit& who will bear the expenses)

5.Copy of all Academic Records

6.Copy of Recent degree with Apostille

7.Bonafide Certificate (in case of studying currently)

8.Occupation Proof or Employment Proof (In case of currently employed)

9.1 Year salary slip (if any)

10.Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR) of last 2 year (in case of currently employed)

(If unable to submit ITR then a letter of explanation mentioning the reason must be submitted)

11.In case of Ownership please submit 3-year company Income Tax Return

12.Company Registration copy (GST), Business profile details in case of Ownership.

13. Recent Bank statement of last 6 months (original or photocopy with the banks stamp and sign by

bank Authority) while submitting the visa the bank statement taken within 5 days.

Note: In case of sponsor - Parent -recent bank statement last 6 months with seal and signature,

(Required ID Proof-Birth certificate, Occupation proof and ITR copy last 2 years)

Guardian - recent bank statement last 6 months with seal and signature, (Required

Relationship Proof-Detailed covering letter, Occupation proof and ITR copy last 2 years)

14.TB Test Report- Original from the Designated Lab

15.Health Condition Form

16.Original Admission Certificate from the University (Attestation is not required, either original or

scan copy can be submitted)

17.Copy of Business Registration of Inviting Korean University (Scan copy can be submitted)

18.Sponsorship letter (if any)

NOTE: i) Signature must be same as in the passport (if any mismatching signature need letter)

ii)After submission the visa processing time will required for minimum 20 working days

(depends upon consulate decision)
