Two photograph taken within the last 6 months. (The photograph should be of size 2 x 2 inches, color with white background and printed on good quality paper)

Proof of relationship (First and last page of the passport) or Marriage/ Birth Certificate

Proof of employment of the Indian National living in Japan

Copy of passport pages with valid Japan Visa and status items; entry / departure and permission of residence , or First japan entry visa copy

Copy of the certificate of alien registration (Both front & back)/Certificate of Residence.

Original Certificate of Eligibility and one copy for each family member (Spouse and Children) dependant on the Indian Nationals

Certificate of Income / bank deposit / copy of final tax return / certificate of tax payment of the Inviter

Aadhaar Card copy
